Pastor’s Statement

Church Prayer Meetings on Wednesday and Friday via Zoom

Sunday Worship Livestreaming Services via YouTube

Dear CFTN Family,

To God Be the Glory for enabling CFTN to worship together as a church family.

Since mid-March until now, we’re able to hold our Wednesday and Friday Prayer Meetings by using the Zoom platform.

We were blessed to have our online livestreaming Sunday Worship Services in the church’s sanctuary in Avanchets on 7 and 14 June 2020.  These livestreaming services are already posted on our website.  We will continue to hold our Sunday services by online livestreaming.

I am sincerely grateful to all Preachers and Prayer Leaders during each service.  I also thank the Worship Team for leading us in praise and worship.  CFTN family extends its sincerest thanks to CFTN media team for all the technical arrangements concerning the Zoom meetings and livestreaming worship services.  My heartfelt thanks to you all, dear CFTN family, for your support, your generous giving and prayers in this difficult situation.

As we continue to battle in prayer against Covid-19, I have framed several prayer points, namely:

  • God’s supernatural protection upon families, schools, workplaces, medical professionals and researchers, first responders and other service providers working in post offices, banks, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes, shops, cleaners, and everyone throughout Switzerland and all countries affected by the pandemic.
  • Those who lost their jobs, are unemployed, and experiencing isolation, depression, fear and anxiety – that they will experience renewed hope and needed support.
  • Those who lost their loved ones – that they will be comforted and strengthened, and those affected by Covid-19 that they will be healed.
  • God’s divine wisdom for world and church leaders during this time when the nations look to them for guidance, strength and unity in eradicating Covid-19 from the earth.

God is faithful and hears our prayers.

“Be anxious for nothing, but in prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be known to God.” (Philippians 4:6).  Let’s continue to pray fervently.  Continue to praise Him.

God bless you and your families.

Love and prayers,

Pastor Alice Philip
