Easter Message from Pastor Alice

Dear CFTN Family,

Christ is Risen!
Today on Easter Sunday, we give praise and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The resurrection of Jesus reminds us that God has absolute sovereignty over life and death.
Salvation and eternal life are available to everyone who believes and accepts Jesus as their Lord and Savior. “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9
As the Covid-19 pandemic shows us, even in the most challenging times we can brave the toughest storms because of our faith in Jesus Christ. He is able to meet our every need.  He is our Almighty healer, counselor and protector.   He is our Jehovah Jireh. Easter brings hope and peace.  As a church family, let’s thank God for His blessings and for renewed hope and peace throughout the world.  Let’s continue to pray for God’s protection over people suffering from war, displacement of families, poverty, health and financial challenges, lack of job opportunities, education and other needed support.
Let’s also pray for the world leaders in all nations that they will be guided by God’s wisdom, love and compassion for mankind.

In Christ’s glorious resurrection, “death is destroyed and victory is complete.”
(1 Corinthians 15:54)  I encourage you to continue to pray as a family and grow in God’s Word. Because Christ lives, we walk in victory! Alleluia!

May the resurrection power of Jesus in us, shine on others so that they may know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

God bless you and your family.
