Men’s Prayer
“Iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.” (Proverbs 27:17)
Every 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month, men come together to pray, study the Bible, support each other and to intercede for those in need of prayer and healing. Oftentimes men carry a persona of strength that they are pressured by society to convey. Unfortunately, this causes many men to suffer in silence. To have a group to trust and share your burdens with is important, especially in today’s complex world of violence, financial and job instability, and stresses on marriages and families. For those that are attending the prayer meetings regularly we are witnessing phenomenal spiritual growth and maturity among them. Many are now involved in serving God in various ways in the church. We thank the Lord for His faithfulness. As a ministry, we continue to trust God in prayer for more men to start joining us in order to achieve greater impact to CFTN marriages and families.
